• Tours depart daily at 10am, 11am and 12pm
• Tours will not operate on event days or public holidays

• Please check in at the Rebel Fan Gear Store (next to Gate D) 10 minutes prior to your tour time

FAQs

• Is there a cloakroom? No, we are not able to provide storage facilities for bags, luggage or prams (pushchairs or buggies) at Optus Stadium for safety and security reasons. The Ticket Holder is solely responsible for any personal belongings it brings on the Tour
• Who qualifies for concession pricing? Pension Card, Health Care Card, Seniors Health Card & Student Card
• Do we walk a lot on the tour? A tour is approximately 2.5km long with several stops along the way, walking at a steady pace. The Optus Stadium Tour is an accessible tour for all abilities. Wheelchairs and prams are welcome.

What To Bring

• Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring your own water, selfie stick and a fun attitude

Terms And Conditions

• Children under the age of 5yrs (accompanied by a paying adult) and carers (on presentation of a valid companion card) are admitted free of charge
• Children under the age of 12yrs must be accompanied by a paying adult
• No food or drink may be brought into Optus Stadium, other than bottled drinking water
• Cancellations may be made up until 24hr prior to your booking. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will incur 100% cancellation fee and no refunds will be available.
• The OZONE may cancel or reschedule a Tour for safety or other operational reasons, including inclement weather. If your tour is cancelled you will be offered an alternate date to attend. If you are unable to attend a rescheduled tour, a refund of the ticket price will be refunded.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
