What To Bring
Our vehicles carry a limited stock of sunscreen and insect repellent. However, we do ask that you also bring your own if you require it. Our vehicles do not have luggage space therefore large bags, prams, strollers, etc are not able to come on tour, please leave them at your hotel or residence.

- There is a walking portion on all tours therefore comfortable walking shoes are recommended
- A sense of fun & adventure!

Weather:
Our tours operate in almost all weather. Should we deem the conditions unsafe or miserable for our guests we may need to cancel and will advise you. Please ignore the weather forecast on your phones for the Gold Coast region etc. Depending on your tour we can travel in up to 4 weather regions. Often we can get coastal rain and this does not affect us when we go inland. A majority of our tours are conducted in Rainforest areas so it can rain from time to time.
Remember: If it doesn't rain, we don't have Rainforests and waterfalls
Infants:
If you are travelling with infants we must know this at the time of booking so we can provide the appropriate child seat and restraint. Infants will not receive their own meal on tour.

- Cancellations are permitted 48 hours or more prior to departure and you will receive a full refund
- Reschedules are permitted 24 hours or more prior to departure
- No changes are permitted within 24 hours of departure. 100% cancellation charges apply
