Be sure to stay around for the Rainbow Lorikeet feeding - one of the main attractions - with two demonstrations, morning from 8am and afternoon from 4pm. - Open daily from 9am - 4pm
- Lorikeet feeding will take place daily at 8am and 4pm
- During School Holidays Koala Photos will be open from 9am – 2pm daily
- Outside of School Holidays Koala Photo times are 9:30am – 11.30am and 12.30pm to 2pm

- Tickets are non-refundable
- It is ultimately at the Koala Handlers discretion on the day if a guest can safely and securely hold a koala unassisted. Some guests may require assistance based on the following criteria
- The recommended age is 12 and over with height of a guest to be able to safely and securely hold a koala is 140cm
- The size, age, weight and temperament of the koala working on the day is a determining factor to ensure the welfare of both guests and animal
- Any other variables as determined by Koala Handler that would compromise the safety of themselves, guest or koala on the day
- Closed footwear must be worn
- When a Koala Handler determines a guest will require assistance with holding a koala a tree photo option will be offered
- Meet and greet your koala. Koala will safely sit in fork of tree prop and guest can stand next to koala and stroke its back for a professional photo
