• Willowbank will not be operating animal encounters, guided tours, or group feeding times, at Alert Level 2
• Additionally, the Nocturnal Kiwi House will initially be closed in order to maintain social distancing recommendations.

• 45 Minute guided tour of the New Zealand area which displays many NZ birds and animals. We guarantee you will see a Kiwi, often in very close proximity
• Animal and bird food is sold at the front counter for the opportunity to feed certain animals in the designated feeding area

Cancellation Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel any service because of weather conditions, insufficient reservations or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. If the cancellation has been made by Willowbank you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund.
• If travel plans are interrupted due to government-imposed travel bans or border closures, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a later date.
• Cancellations from customers that are made within 24 hours of a booking will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booking.
• No shows from customers will be charged 100% of the total cost of the booking.
• We reserve the right to assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis and any decision on charges or refunds is entirely at our discretion.
